量子点

简要描述：量子点（quantum dot）是零维（zero-dimensional）的纳米半导体材料。量子点三个维度的尺寸都不大于其对应的半导体材料的激子玻尔半径的两倍，量子点的性能一般受量子限域效应（quantum confinement effect）、表面效应和掺杂的影响。量子点具有新颖的电子和光学等性能，能够用于许多重要的领域，比如电子、光电子、光伏、生物医疗。
